Who will ship my order?

Your order will ship directly from the Seller that you purchased the product from. If you purchased multiple products from different Sellers then they will be sent separately from each Seller.
Please be aware that you will be charged a shipping fee from each Seller (e.g. if you purchase from two different Sellers then you will be charged two separate shipping fees, except if they are offering free shipping).

Why have I been charged more than once for shipping?

If you have purchased from more than one Seller in a single order then you will be charged a shipping fee from each Seller, except if they're offering free shipping.

What shipping methods are available?

The shipping method will depend on the Seller. Most Sellers offer Flat Rate shipping (Standard or Express Shipping at a set amount), and some Sellers may offer Free Shipping for spending over a certain amount with the Seller.

Do you offer international shipping?

At this stage we allow shipping to AU and NZ. However, this is dependant on whether the Seller that you purchase from offers international shipping.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We ask all Sellers to dispatch orders within 48 hours, and while the time it takes to get to your door depends on the location of the Seller relative to your address, standard delivery times are 5-7 days for most metropolitan areas. Occasionally delivery times may vary depending on the product and time of the year. If you have any concerns regarding a delivery please contact the Seller.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Apple Pay, PayPal, and Afterpay.

Is it safe to purchase through SuppMarket?

We use SSL/TLS Encryption to protect your sensitive information such as personal data and credit card details. We also use Stripe's secure payment processing platform to process credit and debit card transactions.

Orders & Returns

Can I purchase from more than one Seller within a single order?

Yes, you can purchase products from more than one Seller within the one order. SuppMarket will automatically split the order up and send it to the relevant Seller to fulfil your order and send it to you.

How do I place an order?

To place an order simply add the product you would like to order to your cart, then go to the checkout page. Fill in the required fields along with your payment details and click on the Place Order button to finalise the order.

How can I cancel or change my order?

If you would like to cancel or change your order, please contact the Seller as soon as possible.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You do not require an account to place an order, however it will make your checkout faster if you have an account.

How do I track my order?

You should receive shipping updates from most Sellers who will provide you with a tracking number from their shipping provider. If you have ordered from more than one Seller then you will receive multiple tracking codes. If you haven't received a tracking code or any shipping updates then please reach out to the Seller directly.

How can I return a product?

If you have a problem with your product/s, please contact the Seller first. The Seller will investigate your issues and advise you whether your product may be returned and, where required, provide you with instructions on how to return your goods.
