Defective Goods

All goods sold on come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement for or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality.

Change of Mind Returns

Sellers may have their own policies and procedures in relation to change of mind returns. We recommend reviewing the Sellers policies before purchasing from them.

If you have a problem with your goods, please contact the Seller first. The Seller will investigate your issues and advise you whether your product may be returned and, where required, provide you with instructions on how to return your goods.
